oh the things she says....

So Stella talks a lot, and really well.... so I realized now is that time to start compiling those funny things she says.... so here is a start

- "Jesus makes your hair grow long" (she was talking to daddy)

- "Stella, why do you like to sleep with me?" she replied, "I help you go to sleep momma"  (She has been in our bed since 9 months-old, going to be a rough transition one of these days.... I am hoping that it won't be a big family bed when #2 arrives...)

-"Stella, today you have a new babysitter/friend, her name is Mary" she replied, " and Baby Jesus?"  after Mary watched her she let me know that there was no Baby Jesus...

-"What are you making" asked daddy, she replied, "a robot butterfly"  (if you know Brent very well, he has a thing for robots, so this made him very happy)

-Regularly she will tell us she had "the best time" in nursery, kids club, or whatever it is she has done...then we ask, "what did you do?"  she replies "I don't know?"

-Today Brent was done with his workout and had his shirt off...she was playing with him and told him, "cool boobs daddy"

-Very regularly she will sing or say, "my mommy's having a baby"

-In the middle of sacrament meeting Stella announced, "Buenos Dias" very loudly....she has picked up some helpful spanish from Dora...

Christmas!

Christmas Morning....she woke up an hour earlier than usual and said, "it's Christmas Morning"  I honestly wasn't quite ready yet so they had to wait in the bedroom while I set a few things up....She loves her new rocking bear, she appropriately named, "Rocky"

 Stella's favorite food... fries with dippy....we have started buying other fry shaped foods so we don't  pollute her too much....

 Nothing better than cooking bare bottom...she sees no problem

 Yay for snow!!  Stella's favorite thing to do is shovel the snow... not so much the sledding

 Brent has become a crazy winter runner...we have a treadmill, but he is usually outside!

 I was Stella's nursery leader for a year, they have since released me and she goes without me no problem...that was not the case initially, which is why I volunteered for this sought after position.

Brent's work Christmas party, this piece of ham was as big as her head....she probably ate it all too.  Stella loves meat and cheese, not so much the bread, naturally inclined toward Atkins diet apparently.

So very very excited to have this second line show up:)  Now that I'm finally composing this post I am almost 13 weeks along!  Second pregnancy has been a little more challenging, but I'm starting to feel better....can't wait to see what this baby is:)  Stella is very excited to be a big sister, she talks about it all the time.

 We took a trip to Boise...unfortunately I don't even have pics of Kayleen and Neal, but mom, dad, and Ian came to meet us there.  We all got to watch Brent finish the Zeitgeist.... and he even got 3rd place!  We had a great time!

 Stella's favorite past-time at the mall...the train, she always knows exactly the color of the car she wants to ride in.....it just goes around the South Town mall, wish it were free...

 We were able to spend Thanksgiving with James' family this year.  We had a very yummy time!  This was Stella's first gingerbread house, it was perfection....

We went to the Killer's concert at UVU, with Colleen and Jim...just like old times:)
