Stellas Blessing Dress (retakes @ 4 months)

Why retakes? I wanted to get more pics of her dress up close (also I did have Jana's special request). She also was a lot happier today compared to her blessing day 2 months ago. It was a good thing I didn't wait another minute, her arms wouldn't have fit into her dress!
The headband, booties, and dress have coordinating rosebuds

check out that bicep!

Stellas Blessing (2 months behind)

Thanks to our good friend Ryan Nelson (once again), we have photos of Stella's blessing. I forgot to charge our camera... just so busy cleaning up the kitchen and making those breakfast casseroles! The storm came just in time to make the trip inconvenient for all...but we still had friends and family attend (thank you!) Brent ended up a little nervous the morning before when he actually had time to think about the blessing, but of course it was beautiful. She was quiet and cute throughout the whole blessing, and most importantly her name is still Stella Rose. (Brent had joked about changing it)

When I was anxiously pregnant with Stella I found this simple eyelet gown @ a little shop in American Fork, I sewed the tiny roses to it-found it perfectly suited to her name. It was a great day, and now she is 4 months old!! Today!

thanks to Aunt Kayleen!

I know this blog is sometimes like a Thank-You Card, but I just can't help myself. Kayleen found this cute reversible sweat suit @ a baby consignment shop. I think it's so cute, and I was given the perfect little ducky slippers to match! Here is her photo shoot....

bumbo!

I borrowed a "bumbo" from a friend. Stella loves it! I sit her up on the counter and she watches me do the dishes....It reminds us of a race-car seat, go Stella!

First Christmas!

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning @ Liesl and Ryans house and spent the night @ Grandma's house. We had a great time watching the girls open their presents and Stella was very entertained as well-she didn't even eat until 10 am! (usually it is first thing) Stella was all I wanted for Christmas this year, so wonderful having a baby for the Holidays! It's crazy to think back to last Christmas, little did I know that she was nearly on her way!
Stella's Christmas Bunny from France, thanks Grandma! It plays music, I love this toy!
Christmas morning...can't tell with my bed-head now could you?

Kisses, these cheeks are irresistible!

Thanks for the super cute spoons Kayleen!

super cute and strong stella!

She loved hanging out in the basket while I did some housework!!
Rockin Stella... or potentially an 80's aerobics baby... and yes this fancy star onesie was made by mommy @ the summer family reunion. As I recall Brandi's seahorse was way better!
Another cute daddy daughter foto!
Stella has always been strong, but check out her neck strength!

fat thighs in skinny jeans....

I think this photo deserves it's own post. The jeans speak louder than words....we had lunch @ Thanksgiving Point with Brent's family. The best Philly Cheesesteak (west of Philly of course...)

sumo baby!!

Just thought these photos were so cute! She is starting to grow taller so had to take them while she's still a chub!

Thanks to Michelle, my pal from good 'ol Ephrata, I can't get enough of these tights!
Heather, great onesie! We put her in it before she really fit so she can get more wear out of it!
I just wanted to post a few shots for the people who don't get to see her very often. Thanks to everyone who has kept little miss Stella in high fashion!
